program

is a strategic initiative of Falconi.


We believe that talented people with diverse backgrounds make us a team that’s capable of generating exceptional results, bringing us closer to the mission of building a better – more diverse and inclusive – society.

We work as a team and take on an ownership attitude, proposing and executing improvements – this is the Falconi way. We work according to our values in a journey of learning that is focused on generating a positive impact on people’s lives.

Commitments

By transforming our intentions into action, we have become signatories to the UN Global Compact, committing to the Sustainable Development Goals that are part of the 2030 Agenda. Two SDGs explain our commitment to D&I, SDG 10 – Reducing Inequalities and SDG 5 – Gender Equality.

Since 2017, important commitments have been made, including: WEPs (UN Women’s Empowerment Principles), LGBTI+ Business and Rights Forum, and Social Inclusion Business Network (PwD). In addition, we set targets for diverse recruiting (women, afro-Brazilian and diverse backgrounds) and 30% of women in Falconi’s top leadership by 2025.

How
we operate

Led by the D&I Committee (ensuring a systemic view and strong governance of activities) our team works together, promoting an increasingly diverse and inclusive environment. Since the creation of the D&I Program, a Census and Perception Survey is conducted each year. The data obtained allow the D&I Committee to assess Falconi as a whole, and it makes detailed observations on opportunities for improvement and evolution, how to make better decisions, establish metrics and define the next steps. We still have a long way to go in the pursuit of representativeness, and we know that the first step is to clearly identify the problem based on facts and data.

Our affinity
groups

Based on the results of the Falconi Census and Perception Survey, the following priority Diversity & Inclusion themes were mapped: racial diversity, gender equity, people with disabilities, LGBTI+ community and talents with diverse formations and experiences. Each affinity group has specific activities according to its theme and works with the support of more than 250 volunteer employees.

With a focus on racial diversity, the CÓR group addresses privileges and racism to ensure effective inclusion in Falconi.

Gender equity is the focus of the Falconi 8.03 group. It is divided into the following themes: development of women, parenting and the role of men as allies.

The challenges and achievements of people with disabilities (PwD) and their inclusion in our company are worked by the group Limitless.

Ensuring a welcoming and safe environment, regardless of sexual orientation, identity and gender expression is the theme of the B.YOU group.

Welcoming experiences, life lessons and diverse cultures are objects of the Talent without Border group.
