The root of
continuous
transformation

An organization needs to have the ability to transform itself, bring about changes in the other organizations it related to, and reinvent itself whenever necessary.

Falconi operates in two ways. The first is working alongside our clients. Many of them have already incorporated a 360° strategy that addresses the economic-financial, environmental, social and governance pillars. The second involves channeling our own resources, knowledge and expertise to develop or participate in pro-bono initiatives that promote sustainable development in the fields of education, support for micro and small businesses, culture, sport and health. Get to know some of them below.

We are signatories of the Global Compact and the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles Forum, the Corporate Social Inclusion Network, the Mente em Foco Movement and Equity is Priority Movement. In addition, we are privileged to have Viviane Martins, our CEO, as a Leadership with Impact of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).

As promoters of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 Agenda, we define priority SDGs for our daily work of application, propagation, influence and action, in various initiatives and projects, both internal and external, with partners and customers. Projects

Butantan Vaccine Factory

The Butantan Institute decided to build a factory to produce the Brazilian vaccine against Covid-19. For this, it mobilized InvestSP and Comunitas and developed the project for the Multipurpose Vaccine Production Center (CPMV). Falconi acted as PMO (project management office) on the project.

Gerando Falcões Network

One of Gerando Falcões' projects is Falcons University – a platform that trains leaders to break the cycle of intellectual, emotional and technical poverty in the favelas. Falconi helped define the university's expansion model and fundraising strategy to make the business financially sustainable.

Falconi Juntos

Free management mentoring program, promoted by Falconi volunteers, which helps micro and small companies to face the challenges posed by the market. In all, more than 7300 people were impacted, 120 companies were supported in the 5 regions of Brazil and more than 330 consultants were involved.

Mondó Network

The Mondó Network aims to transform Marajoaras schools into social platforms for education, health, economic development and infrastructure. Falconi works on the strategy of each pillar, in addition to organizing information on each stage of the project for recording and multiplying the methodology.
